Unfortunately, there comes a time that there just are some things you cannot take care of naturally when it comes to your health. Since my diagnosis of Addison’s Disease I’ve had to accept the fact that in order to survive I have to live on Corticosteroids daily for the rest of my life. The holistic approach goes back to ancient times, but as much as I’ve come to love holistic’s, I am now working on applying what I can to assist with some of my symptoms to live my best life every day.  

I’m a Certified Reiki Master, practicing the law of attraction, raising positive vibrations to enjoy a happier, healthier, longer lifestyle of living.  Natural holistic practices are my passion but can’t always help with everything when it comes to our health. But we can utilize them to help with some of the symptoms like anxiety that we have a hard time controlling...for instance using essential oils, crystals, meditation, as well as reiki to calm ourselves in times when we feel hopeless or unheard.  

I am very passionate about holistic’s and meditation, as it has helped me personally deal with many of my ailments from physical like Fibromyalgia and Arthritis, to emotional like Anxiety and Depression.  I have a huge passion for crystals and essential oils as they've brought me closer to nature and I resonate with them, it was essentially the way many were healed centuries ago before modern medicine, but unfortunately not everything can be helped naturally.  

I believe my purpose in life is to make more aware that we can still live a beautiful life full of love, even when we have an incurable invisible disease that isn’t always seen or understood even by our own medical team so we have to become our own advocates. I’m spiritual and I do have many beliefs in everything beautiful above, as I've come to realize my wonderful abilities I've been given, and even though I’ve had some scary curve balls thrown at me, I still believe I have a purpose.

I create custom jewelry with natural gemstones, some along with added embellishments, including alloy and sterling silver for an added touch, some even intuitively created.  I also have a large variety of different crystals otherwise referred to as gemstones which are known for their natural healing and metaphysical properties for centuries, some are even incorporated with my essential oils blends as well.
